Current Step: Buyer due diligence

The buyer is conducting inspections to assess the home’s condition. This is a normal step and does not automatically mean repairs will be requested. If anything comes up, I’ll guide you through options and strategy.

Reviewing inspection results, advising on responses, and negotiating if needed to protect your bottom line.
