Where You Are: Under Contract

Your offer has been accepted, and we’re officially under contract. This means the seller has agreed to the price and terms, and we’re now moving through the remaining steps to closing.

 

At this stage:

• I’m coordinating timelines with the lender, title company, and the seller’s side

• You’ll receive instructions from the title company for your earnest money deposit

• We’ll begin scheduling inspections and moving into due diligence

 

I’ll guide you step by step and let you know when action is needed.
