Where You Are: Appraisal

The lender has ordered an appraisal to confirm the home’s value.

 

At this stage:

• The appraiser evaluates the property using recent comparable sales

• Most appraisals come back at or above the contract price

• If adjustments are needed, I’ll walk you through your options and strategy

 

This step is largely behind the scenes, and I’ll update you as soon as results are in.
